600	David Castleberg 264-7606	FIT	The Design quality index report is created in FIT by the project leader. It is entered at the project level so there will be multiple reports for contracts with multiple projects. The project DQI is passed from FIT to PT where it can be viewed individually by looking in the "Performance Measures" tab or collectively for a region in the report called Design Quality Index Performance Report. A review has indicated that there is an error in both reports in Project Tracking incorrectly reporting the "Awarded Project Dollar Amount" (CONTPROJ_cpawdamt). Instead what is populating this field on the report is the "Awarded Contract Dollar Amount" (CONTRACT_cnawdamt). This makes a big difference in the calculation of the DQI index on the Design Quality Index Performance Report.I sent a pdf of the issue to ASI.	11/01/2011

589	David Castleberg 264-7606	PT	This is actually a CCPVS issue. A contractor recelty reported a discrepacey between a stockpile quantity on CCPVS and in the CAS voucher report. The stockpile amount was doubled in CCPVS. I believe the issue occures when the project leader associates a stockpile to more than one bid item (like an aggregate stockpile being asssociated to two different bid items).	07/27/2011	The Contract in this example was 20101109017.

564	Judy Geurts 920.492.3518	FIT	Once you have entered and saved a DQI and you select the print option a printer dialog box appears and then disappears right away. If youre really fast and are able to select the print button is gives you the error "Null object reference at line 41 in clicked event of object cb_ok of w_open_print_dialog." I project tracking there are only 8 diary entries showing up in the Daily Diary Report under the Field Reports tab. This contract has been merged / sent many times. One of the entries showing up in Project Tracking is for the date 5/23/2007. However, there is no entry for that date in FieldManager. I am also suspicious that there are missing diary entries in Project Tracking for other contracts as well.	12/31/2008	All diaries now showing. 5/23/07 appears to be an empty entry

447	jennifer 715.855.7662	FIT	In FIT when importing or exporting a contract, it asks for a password. The password used to be SYSTEM. Now it is just blank & hit enter. However, it is not consistent. Some computers with the new version of FIT still use SYSTEM as the password. Others will use just the blank. The above-mentioned contracts are in Dist 3’s Project Tracking. Since reporting this I have noticed that I can view all contracts other than the two Dist 3 (20050111013 & 20050111014) contracts there were awarded from the January 2005 letting in the District Reports (Transcript by Contract Report). The contracts that I can view in said mentioned report from other districts do not show up Dist 3’s Project Tracking contracts list.	02/17/2005	Required a FIT send to populate amount fields.

When they select , an error message appears: DataWindow Error Nest arguments are incorrectly specified. After selecting , the print window appears. The users print the report and instead of receiving one page of data (which is what we got with the old version), they receive 4 pages of data - 1 page report, 1 blank page, 1 page with the report header/footer, 1 blank page.	12/31/2004	Corrected
437	Lisa Gustafson 608-246-3815	FIT	The FIT system should not allow a user to create an exact duplicate of a Traffic Impediment/restriction OR Traffic Impediment/closure record. When you create a record, on screen 6 of 6, if the user select Save and Create Another. A duplicate record is created and it can be saved.	12/31/2004	These are not duplicate records. A unique key is assigned to each record. If the user wishes to enter the same information twice they can do so, but why a user would do such a thing is open to question.

The report has the same format as the Contract Modifications Not Approved but the Returned to Contractor date is not populating, nor the CCO Amount, Days Added and the Contract Mod Desc is pulling data from some where other than the contract modification description. Went back in to delete this data and could not. Received the following error messages. This error message appears twice: DataWindow Error Item " does not pass validation test. Then this message appears: Notice upd110c w_contract_detail dw_3 update failed To resolve this we had to put "0" in each of the fields but we believe that the fields should also accept no data as a valid entry.	12/31/2004	Corrected. 430	judy geurts 920.492.3518	PT	In the latest release of Project Tracking that I am using from 5/25/04 under the contract modifications tab the contmod itself does not show any new items added for all 2004 contracts it does show some for other contract years but not many of them. This is for contmods that are approved and for ones that aren't approved. It does show time extensions, increase and decrease of items but not new items. This new release does show more of the descriptions but is still incomplete.	12/31/2004	Resolved. Released in the 10/07/04 release.

417	jennifer 715.855.7662	PT	In Project Tracking on the Status Screen, the FHWA Materials/Labor field should show an N/A next to it when a contract is not over $1,000,000. It should also show an N/A when a contract is over $1,000,000 and the National Highway System (NHS) radio button on the Edit Project Detail screen is checked to no. If the contract is over $1,000,000 and the National Highway System (NHS) radio button on the Edit Project Detail screen is checked yes, then there should not be an N/A. This alerts us to the fact that the FHWA-47 form is required for this contract.	12/31/2004	We will review and make any fixes needed beore the next release of Project Tracking. DCC functionality not added to PT status screen.

If you choose Contract Mods Not Approved by District from the list it brings up a report entitled Contract Mods Not Approved. Where the information is supposed to show up on the print out they are all blank, none of them reflect what is marked in the program. We have a print of the status information for Contract 20030408031 that was correct on June 11th but is now incorrect.	12/31/2004	This reports was corrected to show this information.

412	Paul Butler 920-492-5699	PT	Could you please explain to me why does contract 20040413017 now show up when viewing in REPORTS (Transcript by Contract) and the remaining mentioned contracts that I am having problems with don't. I have been using said mentioned report with out any problems other than having the same problem with one contract, which I reported back on 01/12/2004. "Contract 20031209015 can’t be viewed or printed from REPORTS (Transcript by Contract), however Contract 20031209015 can be viewed and printed from REPORTS (Transcript by Date). What has changed since the March letting? No problem view that months contracts.	12/31/2004	This report was corrected and will be made available in the next release. The issue here was lack of associated data that was needed for the contract and consequently it would not appear on the report.

He had downloaded a trialware of McAfee Internet Security which had expired. (Although expired, it was still enabled.) He also told me the McAfee Firewall was disabled and it was but Internet Security was still running. The old McAfee program had "Learned" that the DOTCOM program (FMAIL) was allowed to access the internet therefore when the new McAfee Internet Security program was loaded it continued to let FMAIL access the internet. When I uninstalled DOTCOM, FMAIL was removed from the "internet access" list. The new McAfee program is configured to block internet access rather than ask what to do. Any questions? Prior to the last send I informed the project manager that he needed to enter himself under the staff information and remove the duplicate entry for Tracy Kamps. Barry Paye was added at that time but they told me FIT did not have a duplicate entry for Tracy Kamps. After the last merge and send Barry did show up in Project Tracking but there is still a duplicate entry for Tracy that shouldn't be there.	08/25/2007	These types of issues do not belong here. David had mentioned that the work suspended, work started, and work completed are pulling from the site events tab.
